Domaine Jomain, Chardonnay, Bourgogne, Burgundy, 2014

Tasted by: Christelle Guibert
(at 90 York Way, London, 18 May 2017)
A historical vineyard now run by siblings, the grapes that make up this elegant and classy wine come exclusively from vineyards bordering the Puligny-Montrachet commune. This is a classic, fine Burgundy with buttery and white cream notes complemented with lemon and apple characters. Textured with weight and depth on the palate making this offering a serious partner to fish and white meat.
