Spicy and savoury. Deep, brooding, meaty wine with distinct savoury flavours. Still quite dry, evolving, lovely fruit sweetness opening up.

volved colour, slightly minty herbal aromas behind a ripe. Evolved, faintly balsamic palate of blackcurrant and mint whose balancing acidity is almost a little too sharp for its own good.
