Stephen Brook

Tasting: St. Emilion Grand Cru & Premier Grand Cru Classe

Juicy black cherry and liquorice nose. Quite rich and juicy, rather soft in texture, but has some acidity, yet it lacks drive and persistence. A modest wine, though balanced, with a fairly long, chocolaty finish.

James Lawther MW

Tasting: St. Emilion Grand Cru & Premier Grand Cru Classe

Powerful wine. A touch porty and overripe. Rich and concentrated but balanced. Tight, firm structure.

Steven Spurrier

Tasting: St. Emilion Grand Cru & Premier Grand Cru Classe

Huge extraction of black, autumn berry fruits. Quite massive and rich, but also full of energy and very impressive extraction without being too heavy; an impressive wine.
