  • Grape Variety: Chardonnay

Stephen Brook

Tasting: St. Aubin 2011

Broad appley nose. Firm attack, with good weight of fruit, apples and apricots, and has a light minerality too, and some spice and pep on the finish. Quite long, and has some ageing potential.

Jason Haynes

Tasting: St. Aubin 2011

Slightly richer nose, bit more sappiness and a bit more robust. Plenty to come as good structure.

Steven Spurrier

Tasting: St. Aubin 2011

Lemon yellow, fine white and yellow flowers nose, good depth of fruit with no loss of elegance, quite broad and phenolic, good wine.
