Tasting: Soave

Intensely floral almost aromatic nose is atypical for Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave. Apple and pear, clean and fresh. Good wine but has a Muscat-y quality I don’t like in Soave.

Tasting: Soave

Palest silver lemon. Full, ripe and pungent note of chlorine almost. Big ripe full style. Mineral notes to full peachy flavours.

Tasting: Soave

Floral, waxy fruit with some mineral notes. White peaches. Very ripe and fruity flavours. Probably some residual sugar. Perhaps a bit confected on the finish. Lacks elegance though clean and well made.
