Mature fruit scents already. On a fast ageing track, but sweet to smell. On the palate, by contrast, the fruit has some richness and depth (not universally, but in the context of ‘the vintage from hell’).

Nicely textured, long and lingering. Fresh, clean tannin with a lovely, long, lingering finish.
