Isa Bal MS has been the head Sommelier at The Fat Duck in Bray for the past five years. He is a Master Sommelier and in 2008 he won the title of the Association de la Sommellerie Internationale (A.S.I.) Best Sommelier of Europe. When not immersed in wine, Isa enjoys being outdoors, taking every opportunity to either paint or shoot.
