    The answer to Q2 was correct. It does not have to do with grape selection at all. The puttonyos number refers to the amount of sugar in the wine. The measure used to be how many pails (puttonyos) of mashed, dried berries were macerated in the base wine or must. Now it merely refers to sugar levels.

    The alternatives on Q2 are, after my opinion not fully correct. It has o do with the grape selection, not the finished wine.
