Publisher of Singapore’s The Wine Review, the oldest wine publication in Southeast Asia, Poh Tiong Ch’ng is works primarily as a wine journalist. He is the author of the 108 Great Chinese Dishes Paired, founder of vinovideos.com and writes a weekly blog on Sina.com. In 2000, Poh Tiong published the world’s first Chinese Bordeaux Guide, which has continued as an annual publication, and he also works as a wine consultant to Singapore’s FairPrice and Finest supermarkets, as well as Hainan Airlines. Holding a Certificate in Chinese Art from the University of London’s School of Oriental & African Studies, Poh Tiong organised the first Chinese Art Weekend in Singapore in 2012.
