DWWA Portugal Judging Panel

Rémi Cousin moved to the UK in 2004 to work with Hotel du Vin. He then moved to the Fat Duck in 2008 as Assistant Sommelier. He won the Best Young Sommelier of UK Award in 2011 and was runner-up in the Best Young Sommelier of the World competition in Athens. Rémi holds the advanced sommelier diploma form the Court of Master Sommeliers and is currently preparing for his MS, and the Best Sommelier in UK and Best Young Sommelier in the World competitions.
