Angela Mount has been a wine industry consultant for the past three years, and heads up online wine retail venture www.yourfavouritewines.com, owned by Dragon’s Den star Peter Jones. She also works with both producers and agents to develop styles of wine and appropriate market strategy for the UK market. She is a frequent public and conference speaker, writes for Flavour Magazine, and heads up the judging panels for both Bath and Bristol Good Food Awards competition. Prior to this, Angela was Head of Wine Buying at Somerfield supermarkets, where her taste buds were famously insured for £10m.
