Philipponnat, Clos des Goisses 1992 (magnum, disgorged September 2007)
Appetising toasty nose with nuts, dried fruit and smoky notes. A full, rich and fleshy palate with a fine, energetic mousse. Quite a rich, full style balancing mature flavours with preserved fruits, as it should be. In great form and still improving.
