Benjamin Leroux’s domaine vineyards are mostly in Meursault, and he keenly felt the ill effects of the frost, losing 30% to 40% of his potential Chardonnay crop.
But Leroux was happy with his 2019s, saying that despite 2018’s cooler season the vintages shared a similar balance and good maturity.
